Staff is always friendly and their cat food selection is high quality. Least that's what the cat tells me by licking the bowl clean lol.

Great place, Place is packed with products

For London Road Location but couldn't find where to review that.Wife and I have been shopping here for our 4 pets since we moved to Sarnia (nearly 6 years), use to always be great customer service and friendly staff so we would support a local business even though we could get the same stuff cheaper from big box stores.The last few months every time we go in it's just snotty teenagers who act like they've been inconvenienced by us whenever we try to buy something and god forbid we ask any questions it's like pulling teeth from them. Only time I've actually gotten decent customer service is when the older gentleman (I assume the owner) is sitting there watching over them, every other time it's been brutal. Unfortunately the last few times with the younger female have been especially bad so we've begun switching our pets over to a different brand that we can get from Petsmart.

If you want to go to a store with tonnes of product for animal lovers domestic and wild, with knowledgeable people about the products they sell, Petfood Warehouse is a place you should go to. If you want to wander around looking for someone who may or may not know something about what they sell, then goto a big box store.

This place is the last place you should ever purchase your pets needs, there's nothing about this place that's Warehouse when they charge full retail price!Instead of shopping here and paying these extraordinary high prices when everything I need is found in Canadian tire for half the price and you don't have to deal with a rude unorganized pathetic staff!!The city of Sarnia should seriously consider revoking their business license PERMANENTLY!!!!AND DON'T LET ME GET STARTED ON THEIR SO-CALLED WEBSITE!It's is about as useless as the staff!!!!!So my recommendation stay as far away from pet food Warehouse in Sarnia both locations!!!!!!

They have awesome staff. And a very clean store. I wanted something, they don't carry it, but we're passing it along to the boss to see if it could get ordered in. Prices are great as well. Love the pre bagged bird seed too

Such helpful staff, always greeted. I can not lift the large bag someone always helps take it to my car.

Very pricey. But friendly and well stocked unfortunately they are not as large as the big pet smart so can't really compete price wise.but convenient for that area
