me and my husband traded in for 2 vehicles. everyone was very friendly, family oriented and super helpful. loved how they weren't pushy! we took our time and each chose vehicles that suited our needs perfectly. they didn't try to sell us something we did't need (like most other dealerships!) we had a minor issue with 1 vehicle shortly after purchasing. they said no problem". we brought it back in (and they accommodated our schedule completely). thank you!!!"

Bought the warranty with the car should have read the fine print. Don't just look at whats covered more important CHECK whats not covered. Had the car 3 months already have almost 1k of my own cash into it. Problems started about 7 weeks after buying the car. Not laying blame just saying WARRANTY MAY NOT BE WHAT YOU EXPECT.

Our teenage son purchased his first vehicle in May 2018 from Cindora. Vehicle had safety done by Cindora, had low km despite being a 2010 vehicle. Recently, significant rusting with several holes right through the frame have been identified. This didn’t happen over the year he’s been driving. Have emailed x2 asking to speak with dealership owners. Only had a call from finance manager suggesting that we should have rust proofed and then said owners would follow up. Owners have not responded. How can a car be sold with such significant rust damage and this not be disclosed to purchaser? Thought we were dealing with an honest used car dealership which had been recommended to us. Our son is now left with a car that needs several thousand dollars worth of repairs or sold for next to nothing in as is condition. Very disappointed.

Our company has been dealing with Cindora Auto Sales for several years without issue. They are honest and fair. What I find amazing is the quality of vehicle they are able to sell at low price points. Also the staff is amazing. No attitudes and a low pressure atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Great place to buy a reasonably priced car or truck.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Cindora Auto. A short while after I purchased the vehicle, and at no fault of the dealer, I had a fairly major issue with the vehicle. I called Cindora, and they were quick to reply to me, and completely rectified the situation; no hassle, no argument, just a solution that met my expectations. I think it's easy to be a well-rated company when things go right, but it's when things don't go as planned is where companies can show their true colours. For this reason, I need to give this company top marks.

Ended up buying 2 vehicles from Cindora after receiving such good customer service with my Dodge Dakota. I took my wife back a month later and we purchased another vehicle, Nissan Rogue, and traded in her vehicle. Prices are good (compare with other dealerships) and the quality is even better. This is not a sketchy place like most used car lots, that will give you a few hundred off the sale price. We tried to deal with a few of those in Hamilton where we are from. Cindora is a top quality used sales lot. We thought it was just the cars out front until we seen the lot in the back with a big selection of vehicles. They have helped us with any mechanical questions and concerns. They were professional and informative. We felt like they truly cared about us as customers. We hope to be doing business with Cindora for a long time and we will recommend to friends and family.

Buyer beware! Bought a truck recently from them only to drive it back home to my mechanic and find out it has serious leaks in the turbo as well as the rear differential! They would not return my emails nor my calls! Always hear about shady used car dealerships well this is one of the worst I’ve experienced! Would not recommend!!!

Purchased two of my cars from Cindora Auto, my first was back in 2003, and have always have exceptional service. Call it luck of the draw, but never had any major issues with the vehicles I’ve purchased. We all know cars are machines and can break down at any point, but so far so good! Will definitely go back when the time comes.

Purchased a car from here in Aug 2019, after a car accident that left my vehicle a write off. I was pleased with the level of service, and lack of high pressure sales.I had a small issue with the car after purchase (faulty EVAP, gas cap/hose issue) Cindora went above & beyond to ensure the entire system was working properly and covered the cost.I highly recommend this business and would be pleased to purchase another car from them in the future.

BUYER BEWARECindora Automotive is the pinnacle of sketchy used car sales. They took advantage of me trying to buy my first car (a black kia forte) and stole my $500 deposit despite signing a contract saying it was refundable" if they didn't fix a short list of issues identified in the safety. They failed to do this
