Canada Post

I’ve used this location many times to ship packages and have found them to be very efficient and quick. Recently, I had to ship a bunch of Christmas gifts. They were incredibly helpful in determining the most cost effective way to ship these gifts (multiple gifts per shipping address). They were so patient and so friendly even though I was a little frazzled. It’s a busy time of year and good customer service is often hard to come by. Very appreciative for their help and kindness.

There is something about this place make you think it's not a place you would like to work. The ladies who are working are usually nice but look like they are not happy to work at this place... And I think it's because of the owner. He has been rude each time I went, but I have seen him very nice with men... Last time I went it was to print, 2 sheets in total, he acted like I was bothering him (but he was very nice with the guy after me) and made me pay more than 2 $... One of my friend (man) went to print too at this place and paid about 1 $ for way more copies ! Yes, true story ! Today I paid 1 $ for 8 sheets in other place and people are always very nice ! I will never go again to print or even for canada post

Store gave no notice that they were having computer repairs. I hauled a 60lb box in and out of a shopping mall had to go somewhere else, even though I had a shipping label (so all they had to do was literally accept it)and they were there but refused. Staff are rude and lazy - this was not my first bad experience here.

There was a kind helpful lady who was working or located outside of the till. She tried to not to stand idle, and to help lowering the waiting times by classifying the customer works and helping other customers who stayed after in the queue but had unrelated works to the till, for example the ones who first needed a guideline before going to the till.A customer who was in front and had til related work got upset. Later, I remembered the same situation happened with her another time. While respecting her, I am wondering if, according to the customer service etiquette or social conscience, helping other customers who have different types of work and not standing idle, is wrong, or right? Or, according to her, the other people who had different types of work, should just wait in the queue, or the shop should have separate lines for each customer service helper, with written signs that exactly which customers should go where, in a small place?Or if that customer needed more explanations from the helpers to understand the situation? Which she was given by that helper, both times. I leave the judgment for the public's wisdom.Also, the store customer service has been generally helpful and kind to me.

Great little post office in an easily accessibile place just inside the mall doors.

With held my shipped prescription due to me not having a bar code, despite presenting government issued photo ID which is all that is needed per canada post policy. Staff are outright rude to customers & witnessed one belittle and berate a (very patient ) paying customer. I'd sooner hand deliver all my mail than use this location.

I actually have a post office that is closer to my residence. However I always come here. The staff is wonderful..very courteous, always a greeting with a smile, and very helpful. I would drive an extra mile just to come here.

Reading the reviews I can see that not everyone is happy but I certainly was on my last visit. I got good service and a friendly smile. This location is sometimes very busy and that can lead to stress on both sides of the counter.

There's a lady there who is very friendly and helpful. When I need to send a letter/parcel, I always pray I get her instead of the grumpy old man. I don't know why, but he always glares, ignores, and overall treats me like a nuisance. Not sure what I did, but it makes me want to take my mailing elsewhere.

Post 2 phone numbers that are NEVER answered.....you have to physically be there for information......by posting contact us phone numbers too business's that only help customers who are in the outlet.. Illiminates citizens that are disabled, requiring the elderly to be present for any questions is simply false information that Canada post should be ashamed of.....so frustrating.....
