This branch is the best branch and the staff is extremely helpful. Staff helps you a lot with the banking needs. The ICICI bank doesn’t offer credit cards but it has the best investment advisors and investment products are too good.With the patience all the problems can be solved, so give some time and I promise the ICICI bank staff will solve your problems easily.Trust the ICICI bank and it will make your banking easy.

A person who talked with me on call namely manoj was taking lot of verifications on call and after cleared, he asked also for card information which is not relevant. However, please be aware that this bank is not a worth for GIC or any account in canada, they’re not solving problems n therefore they’re taking our lots of time.

I don’t even want to give any star. Worst experience. I have to wait 10 min in line even though there was no one in front of me, all counters were free and they all were just sitting there. Moreover they don’t solve any issue they just say you have to call customer service every time

I want to share my experience which i have with icci bank and it is totally bad ,I have gic account in icci account and they waste my three day to activate my gic account and staff behaviour is also not good so i recommend to every international student pls do not open your gic account in icci bank . I think icci is worst bank in canada.

Why ICICI has banking services rights when they don't have even debit cards in their customer care services from branch or Phone call they don't have information about banking services. I paid GIC and after one month still don't issued me Credit or debit card I don't have my debit card by which I can do translations I will definitely go to higher managements of banking in Canada for this issue. Please aware your friends about it.
