Greg, the problem is not their phone system. It is only a few years old and was installed specifically when the new office was built to handle the volume of calls they get. The problem at Osler (and GoEyeCare in general) is the grossly incompetent management. My wife used to work in that exact call centre and watched as their Site Manager (now apparently their Director of Operations") unjustly fired people one by one

Personally I had a great experience. They do a full eye exam and check everything to make sure the prescription if for your eyes. My mom comes here too and if it weren't for them then she'd still be suffering with headaches because of glaucoma that other eye experts" missed. They also made sure to check mine for it as well and the service was amazing

Not sure about the Doctor, but don't even bother to call the clinic, unless your okay with very rude customer service.

Major downgrade in service since they moved from the Queen location. Quality on all fronts is lacking.

The absolute worse place to talk to get service. This place NEVER answers their phones! I have been calling for the past FOUR WEEKS... and I never get addressed to someone. Instead their 'phone line' hangs up- 'disconnects' after waiting for more than ten minutes. Also, if someone decides to get back to you they call at the most inconvenient hours.The (slack/ lack of) service is horrendous at Osler EyeCare- I DO NOT RECOMMEND this 'business' to anyone. You will be spending most of your time playing phone tag or you will endure the joys of being on hold for more than 10 minutes a time... To not even reach anyone.This place only wants your money, and they have a great scam of doing so. They do not care for your personal satisfaction, well being, time, money, or comfort.Please, look at all the reviews and realize that Osler EyeCare does not conduct professional business. I came to realize they do not care for their patients, especially their time. The receptionists are lousy and will cut you off, they're very rude. One other thing they are consistently on 'break'. If you would like to make an appointment the one receptionist who seems to be the only one who can handle such things is always taking breaks. Not professional whatsoever.

Terrible, I wish, I would read comments here before going to this place.You don't want to go to this place because of following reasons;*worse doctor*Unorganized , takes months to hear back from them*Rude stuffGo to a different place.

I cannot believe the poor quality of phone service at this facility - which continues and continues !On hold right now for over 17 minutes and they are telling me on a recording that they are working on a phone system upgrade !!!! and to be patient !!!This is crazy that this has been going on for over a year now and they cannot seem to get it that people do not have 1/2 a day to just get someone on their phone lines ...My doctor who is a great person is incidentally an owner has been told by me many time of this issue - it is not better but worse during this ... quote: change-over" ...i wait and wait ... and they "appreciate our understanding" according to the recording?After 20+minutes i finally got someone on the phone (who was very nice - but you could tell - somewhat frustrated also) and they could only say they cannot handle the volume of calls .... hmmmm well over a year and no change ....Please ownership take charge and make the changes to give phone service that is reasonable "yesterday" and not that of CORPORATIONS who just don't seem to give a damn.It is not fair to us our your clients - your people answering the phone who constantly get "dumped on" and finally to you (Doctors) who may lose customers due to this situation ..."

Rude Staff/Receptionists. The doctors are good and friendly though.

I was super satisfied. I came in with my toddler son and Dr. Dickson took care of him perfectly and so professionally. More doctors like him
