It was very good. Our appointment went through very nicely. Our design consultant was amazing she was always very helpful and prompt in her anwers and very nice and had an know all the answers. We got out very pleased with our choices and not second guessing anything.

It was design studio but they do not have the latest design software technology to visualize what you have chosen.

The people working there are lovely but the place needs an update. They don't have any program to show you how your choices will blend, it's the old school pull out the samples and hope for the best. Also, the floor samples on the ground are all out of production except for one. They severely need the program that shows you what your place will look like... even home depot has it in the paint section. Super disappointing.

Went here for an open house visit and the tour guide was exceptional. She took time to answer all questions and was very knowledgeable. Looking forward to coming back for the Design Studio appointment

Design studio rep Erica was helpful and honest about the updates. She guided us all the options and have us good feedbacks. But the options they provided were priced high specially tiles and baseboard they charge triple the amount. Be prepared with your choices when you visit there and check the included options.

Being a first time pre-construction home buyer, I was very nervous going into the decor appointment..however Krystal was above and beyond helpful!!! It was so much fun working with her and I am grateful to have had an exceptional associate to work with during this process!! Highly recommended.

Mattamy took over from Monarch homes, few months ago...the repair service is horrible. Actual contractors don't know how to fix simple stain on the ceiling or wavy hard wood floor. Way to go smart handy man...horrible experience. I had a very different opinion about this company ... very disappointed.

Nice place with all the options in location. It's a bit tricky to find the building as it's a bit off the main road. Due to the covid protocols things were a bit different. Had to sign in and the doors were locked and had to wait for someone to open it. Once in, the people and place was good. All options were explained properly and finalized at the same place and signed. It was fast and efficient.
