Why is it that the one in W Main has no problem giving the cups of mild sauce but this one on Cambell has an issue. I don’t like the taste of the new sauce packets.

I ordered a six pack and a pound, extra tacos and 3 beefy crunch burritos and a burrito supreme and when I got home I was missing my beefy crunch burritos and extra hard shell taco. When I called they said that they would make them for me but I have to pick it within 3 days to receive them. No apologies or anything.

Had never tried Taco John's before. Grabbed a burrito to go. It was some sort of grilled chicken burrito with a LOT of cheese sauce. I couldn't taste anything other than the sauce. I will try them again, though. Want to try a taco!

We got old/cold chicken. Plus the tenders" we got were the size of nuggets. I also got the mini chicken taco and it was old cold rubbery chicken."

The food was hot and fresh. Tasted yummy too! The staff however was short and rude. Maybe they need some training in customer service.

Taco John's is severely lacking in every area, especially the food. We waited in line for at least 10 minutes to have our order taken, with only one girl taking orders. She seemed to be very new at it, & not one other person came to help. There were no condiments set out for the customer. We had to ask for some & were given 5 packets of hot sauce. How pathetic! I don't know what's happening here, but I would venture to say it is very poorly managed! Taco John's food will never be what it was many, many years ago. We will not be back!!

What part of NO GUACAMOLE did the worker not understand? I am tired of ordering food from places that supposedly train their personnel but yet no one can read or hear at that place. I am so glad that Taco Johns like to have people waste their money on food that can’t even get made right.
