I find the same products I buy cheaper elsewhere, however, the staff great. The space was very clean, bright and easy to make your way around.

This place has friendly and helpful staff. Most of the animals are very nice and are great pets. The pet food is of quality here. They also sell a variety of pet toys, cages and carriers of many sizes. As expected, (it is a pet store after all), there is no restroom.

Love Mondou- But NOT this location.Staff are inpolite and have no common sense.The online booking wasn't working for booking an apt to bath my dog, so I called and was told to come in.They then put up a fuss bc I didn't book online (which I already explained wasn't working) but finally told me to come back in an hour and I could bath my dog.waited around their store and then came back in 50 minutes. The bath was empty, and the next scheduled apt wasn't for another 40 minutes. However, they still wouldn't let me bath my dog, bc I hadn't registered online... even though they had just told me I could since it wasn't working. I could see the empty bath ten feet away and assured them it doesnt take me more than 15 minutes to wash my dog. They still refused. ZERO common sense or human dignity. Wasted my entire afternoon and they didnt even apologize.
