Aldershot Pool

Nice pool, not too warm but warm enough. The room rental is great for kids birthday parties.

An older pool. Full 25m length. No slides, hot tub or sauna. Pool is warmer than typical length pools for therapeutic purposes. Has a ramp to get into the pool. Wide enough to host a swim race. Deep end deep enough for synchronized swimming. Updated changerooms, small but pleasant viewing area.

The pool itself was warm and decent. The staff was friendly. The change rooms were terrible. They were warn down, broken, no good places to change your child. Worst of all they were FREEZING. My 2 year old and I were shivering. It's was way beyond just being cold after the pool.

Clean change rooms and nice pool temperature. Limited parking in the parking lot.

Wonderful and caring staff make this pool an excellent place for swimming lessons. The pool is a moderate size and there is a large viewing area for parents on the pool deck. Off the pool deck the viewing area is much smaller with only 5 chairs. Parents wishing to be on the pool deck may bring in their coffee, but plan approriate footwear (barefoot or flip flops). There is a playroom for siblings if necessary with some well loved, sturdy toys for all ages.

clean and safe pool. Lifeguard young people do their job responsibly and give importance. Their secrets are constantly in the pool and they control the people swimming.

Great staff. Following protocols for covid. Renovations are completed.❤️A lifeguard named Ethan went out of his way to be helpful. Grateful.A receptionist named Karen is exceptional at her job. Helped me navigate registration and was very cheerful throughout. Great atmosphere as a result of the exceptional staff.

We went for a swim at this pool last weekend( Sunday April 30) with my wife and 22 month old son. Maybe it was the not-so-great weather, but it was so crowded that we struggled to find open water in the shallow end. There are lots of water toys available and a great little slide for toddlers. The pool was nice and warm, but now I wonder why.....After our 45 minute swim we returned to the family change area for a cleansing shower before changing. A man whom we had chatted with in the pool about how busy it was started a shower beside us and again chatted with us, this time about how cool the change area is after coming in from the warm pool. After he left the shower for the change area, there was a large yellow puddle on the floor directly where he was standing. He actually must have been peeing in the shower while talking to us! OMG we could not believe it! The puddle just lingered there until it very slowly was washed away. We were so disgusted and now question just how the pool feels so warm. Our next swim will be elsewhere.

It's a heated pool! Everyone had the best time from grinning to end due to the water being warm and not over chlorinated. They had a lot of pool toys for kids to have a good time with. The life guards were amazing with kids and adults. They spoke clearly and ensured everyone understood the rules and had a great time. The party room we rented was right across from the pool, was huge and had a fridge which helped.

Lovely community pool, the only one with warmer than usual water (makes it possible for winter swimming as well). Lots of programs - both for children and adults / seniors. The customer service is wonderful, so are the aquatic leaders.
