Bryce from Alpha fixed issues I was having with my lock and door. He came on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He was was able to schedule an appointment the day I called and outside of the traditional hours. This is a good locksmith company. Highly recommended.

Was able to get a non-emergency appointment really quickly. Bryce was able to repair the lock within the hour and it works better than it ever has. Despite it only being one of our two locks that was having issues, he made sure that both locks were in good order and the door was functioning well. Very high attention to detail and very professional.

I called in the morning and spoke to Bryce who said he’d be able to come late afternoon same day. The service, cost and efficiency was incredible - and he was even understanding when I mistyped the address and sent him to the wrong house - I would highly recommend AlphaLocksmith for their professional yet personable service 10/10

Called to and asked if they could cut a few keys for me & the response was “you can go do that at Canadian tire.”Obviously I know I can do it at a store, however it was of my best interest to go here & that’s the professionalism I received. Pretty pathetic.

Brutal experience using this company with locksmith Bryce.He was an hour late, communicated very poorly, and was an unpleasant individual to do business with. Incredibly rude and condescending. Had asked him several times to make me three keys for the front door and three for the side door and he did not do so.Would not recommend this service to anybody.

We just moved to Stoney Creek and booked an appointment with Bryce at Alpha Locksmith. Great start - he arrived on time as scheduled. He re-keyed locks on 5 doors, and installed an automatic door closer on our entry door from the garage. He was very knowledgeable, made recommendations on the number of keys, and did a very professional job on the door closer. Greatfinish - the price was exactly as he quoted previously. We highly recommend Bryce & Alpha Locksmith
