I got terrible service from these guys, the plumber was impatient, unprofessional (swearing when things wouldn't work for him), and I had to call him back three times to fix his mistakes, just because he was apparently in a rush and didn't do his job properly

Had some fairly big repairs to undertake regarding a couple of sewer line bellies that were obstructing the flow of waste water from my house to the city sewers. The guys came in a did a really good job. The owner is quite compassionate, came on the job site to make sure things were going accordingly and they we're able to fix the issues at a reasonable price. They were on time and they did everything as promised, careful inside and outside of the house.

I had the pleasure, yes the pleasure of having a very clogged drain unclogged. I had tried toninclog it myself by renting thr electric snake without success. The job was done fast and in the most professional way. The technician, Tony, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain how his equipment worked and provided tips on maintaining healthy pipes. He was courteous,polite, professional and very happy. Mostly he did not make me feel like an idiot even though it's obvious he knows a lot more about plumbing than I do. Great service all around.

Great company for your plumbing needs.One of v few companies that responded on Sunday. They arrived as promised and tried to solve the issue. Another team involved following day and more bad news - but don't kill the messenger...The problem was finally diagnosed.Another great thing and so rare nowadays ... is that they moved some other appointment and tried their best to fix things as soon as possible. That's an exceptional customer care.

Had an emergency issue today with water pouring into our basement. No idea why. Two professionals showed up on short notice and problem solved the issue quickly. Really appreciated the friendly, professional communication. When you are under stress this matters. Would definitely use them again. Chris

Guy help me out over the phone to shut off a hidden main water valve when a piped bust. Then sent a guy out a couple hours later. Good to note making an appointment for later and having someone come as soon as they can is (service call) hundreds of dollars difference. Everyone was very helpful and nice. I would call them again.

Look no further, this is the company to call for all your plumbing needs.I was out of the province and needed a technician to pull out a stuck plumbers snake and to clean a drain for my tenant's tub. I entered an online form on their website, was called within an hour, provided my credit card info and they dispatched their technician right away. Needless to say, I was very happy with their prompt service. The technician, Tony, was there quickly (same day service) to fix it and even showed my tenant what to do next time they try to clean the drain.Would recommend A+++
