It has taken over a year to get the metre on our tank repaired. It never worked from the moment it was installed now it says it’s fixed. They have not been in touch with me to tell me what my outcome on this is dollar wise.

Almost a year of requesting and not receiving propane. Have a “pig” and asked it be filled every 2 weeks, because they have let the tank go empty. With winter coming it is a must to run a RV. Once again they did not show up and after several calls will not show up. In minus 30 and xmas in 2 days merry Christmas to your and yours.

Not a company you want to deal with. Promised propane delivery multiple times over 20 days and never came. Lied directly to me each time that they would be there and did not show up.

A new definition & new low for the meaning of useless. I left this company years ago as our supplier due to running my place of business out of propane more than once. Their inability to figure out how to refill tanks during the winter left me dumb founded. Last fall I decided to switch back because of a good offering thinking they might have learned how to refill tanks. They are worse than before, besides running my place of business out of propane there administration leaves me in a state of awe. The excuses are endless.....sad place.
