I had screen issues with my Samsung S9 and decided to call this great company! Karen was so helpful and when she told me my phone was fixable given my symptoms I was so happy! I dropped my phone off and a couple of hours later my problem was solved! The service was fantastic and would recommend this company very highly! The service i receive from these ladies is amazing!I had called at least 5 different places in the vicinity about my cracked led screen for a samsung A50. Everyone i spoke to gave me a week or longer time line for service. This business was able to order my screen and fix my phone the next day! Life savers. The woman who fixed my phone was so friendly, did amazing work! And i greatly appreciated her help. Would recommened! & Thank you again!

Brought my Samsung S20 Ultra back in March for a screen and camera glass replacement and was told everything was samsung approved, price was good and could supply the parts within two days. Got my phone back and the front camera quality was blurry, the top microphone didn't work and my phone would randomly die out when at 20% or more battery. She did manage to get a new camera but it wasn't compatible with the phone because whoever supplied it isn't samsung approved. It's now december and i have to get my screen replaced again as it did crack which is fine but i went elsewhere and after taking it apart and inspecting they let me know my devide has been repared before which i was aware but they couldn't continue with the repair claim because this shop im reviewing that first worked on my phone crushed some components on my motherboard which actually led to my microphone not working, and didn't even bother to remove the old adhesive and just kind of splattered new one on along with using double sided tape?? and now the phone comes apart very easily. Customer service here was good and friendly but the parts are not supplied by the official manufacturer of your phone, the work is quick but super sloppy. I highly don't recommend you take your newer smartphones and waste your hard earned money here.

I have previously brought in my older I-phones and have have screen cracks repaired in less than a day at a very reasonable price. Recently brought in a newer iPad with water damage. We had the screen, headphone jack, charging port, power button, and speakers all repaired for an incredibly reasonable price. Staff and owner are incredibly friendly and kind. And explain issues that arise like delay due to parts delivery from manufacturers. Highly recommend and will continue ti go to this business for future fixes!

I had a very good experience at cell fix! My phone had issues, and when I let Geek Squad at bestbuy try and fix it, I got it back even more broken.Won't waste my time with them ever again because not only did these pros find the original problem, they identified what geek squad messed up and fixed that too! They were fair on pricing and their confidence in their skills show as they offered me warranty on the repair, free of charge if my problems come back! Will absolutely recommend.

I have the Samsung Z Fold and was convinced no one in the city was able to assist with the shattered screen repair. Keeran at Cell Fix Doctors pulled through in going as far as ordering new part replacements from KOREA. Aftee diagnostic and repair, my phone was fixed and feels brand new.
