Our server was thorough. Bourbon BBQ ribs were good. The was a Leafs game which was awesome; lots of Leaf fans and an exciting crowd.

I really like the pizza style from this franchise but I know it's not going to be the best in town. I had some fried shrimp that were quite disappointing to be honest, so maybe order something else. There were just tiny pieces with more bread than actual meat. I sat at the lounge side which is perfect to hang out with friends, have some beer and watch sports. If I could, I would go there frequently to watch football or hockey, but I live out of town. Lots of TV screens, very visible from all angles.

Food equality was bad. Frist we order a pasta they brought us dry cold pasta we couldn’t eat so we told the server Itz so dried and we don’t want . She took it back and brought me the same pasta with more sauce on top of it . But pasta underneath is dry out . These people are spoiling Boston pizza brand . Not qualified manager ,bartender and cook.

I am celiac and they are always so careful when you tell them you have an allergy whether you are eating in or taking out. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is inviting and the food is always quick and delicious. Great place for Families or even date night!!

Started off with the triple play appetizer, and they delivered big time! All three were great. Our main course included the honey garlic ribs, Hawaiian pizza, jambalaya fettuccine, and fried chicken sandwich, and they were all good, especially the pizza! We had PHENOMENAL service from Mitchell as he was great in suggesting meals and overall a great conversationalist.

The meat pizza was so bland, such a waste of money. The only thing that gave it any flavor was the few pieces of spicy chorizo sausages. Very disappointed!!

I love the pizza here but I recently ordered and the pizza looks half of it was taken from different pizzas. As you can see in the picture the slices are different sized and the pepperoni doesn’t align which literally confirms that it was not from the same pizza. Like that chuck e cheese pizza conspiracy. Doesn’t seem sanitary.

Nice staff, manager also make sure that what we ordered, whether we are satisfied or not. Good quality and good quantity food, tasty. Vegetarian and vegan options as well. I love Boston Pizza! Five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went to celebrate my birthday and had the best time. They even sent out the robotic cat waiter that sang happy birthday and served brownies and ice cream. Way to go BP.

I just wanted to give huge recognition to the front staff and hosts for this location. I just came from placing an order for pick up and just from the amazing help on the phone, I could tell that the customer service was really good. I came in to pick up the pizza and even though there was a bit of confusion (and I take responsibility because I added an order while on my way to get the original), Shara, Raj and Emma were so kind and helpful to get my order done correctly without any issues. I must commend Shara for her high degree of customer service - from the way she speaks and addresses me with respect, to the quick resolution of my confusion, she is a great representation of high quality service, and a wonderful person to see at the front. Along with Emma's pleasant attitude, they both make a great duo. Raj, although I am not sure of her title, came quickly to explain to me my order and was very patient and kind. I will definitely come there to eat in person at some point because of this wonderful encounter.
