After searching custom jewelers across the province we decided Bruce seemed like the best fit, and we couldn’t be happier! Bruce allowed me to bring my dream engagement ring to life by using diamonds from a pair of my mother’s earrings.Bruce’s craftsmanship is unmatched and is an absolute joy to work with. He dealt with all my queries (and indecisiveness) quickly… almost like he could read my mind when I didn’t even know what I wanted! Bruce helped me create the perfect custom engagement ring for my now fiancée! I contacted him with some inspiration pictures and ideas and he was able to take elements of them and design the ring that I was dreaming of. He made sure to get details about her life which led us to a more practical and sturdy final product. He kept it within my budget and was able to track down a diamond that exceeded my expectations! Amazingly, from the time I contacted him to when I had the ring in my hand was only 1 month! Pretty incredible for a completely custom design.I am so glad I went with Bruce! We now have a one of a kind ring designed locally. It doesn't get much better!

Amazing experience working with Bruce from the initial consultation, to the delivery of the final ring. I had a custom diamond engagement ring made and his knowledge and professionalism was unmatched. He took the time to explain the many details regarding the world of diamonds and ensured I had a top quality product. He even provided a beautiful ring box, branded polishing cloths, and took the time to explain the certification brochure to me.The biggest thing that set Bruce apart from any other jeweler I contacted was his human approach. He was the only jeweler to ask the name of my (now) fiancé and wanted to know all about how I planned to propose. He truly loves what he does and it is shown in his craftmanship. We will be back to see Bruce for our wedding bands in the near future.

We had Bruce design my engagement ring a few years ago and decided to have my wedding band updated to match, rather than the generic plain band. Couldn't be happier! Bruce is quick to respond, listens, and makes the pieces absolutely perfect! We will always go to Bruce for custom jewellery!

I contacted Bruce to see if he could re-work my mistake of using a less-than-stellar online jeweler. My fiancée's wedding band and engagement ring just did not line up very nicely and the retailer offered little recourse. Bruce was able to take the gold and gems from the wedding band and create a very nice mate to her engagement ring, at a very fair price. He also communicated excellently along the way and verified that we were comfortable with the design with a wax model.

Bruce did an awesome job on creating a custom necklace for my wife. Bruce was excellent to deal with and made the whole process so easy. He always kept me up to date with where he was in the project. He even sent a short video showing the wax model for my final approval. He involved me in all aspects of the design making my vision for what I wanted, come to life. He was truly a pleasure to deal with an I highly recommend him for any jewelry (especially custom jewelry) needs.

This review is my thanks to Bruce for designing/creating my amazing Heritage, heirloom necklace. And if you are looking for someone to create a unique piece of jewelry Bruce Trick is perfect for the job.His design sketches were all beautiful making it rather challenging to make a choice. He welcomed my input, questions and discussion which allowed me to become an integral part of the creative process. He kept me involved through emails, sketch revisions and videos showing me exactly how my necklace was coming along. The end result was beyond my wildest dream and the compliments I have received when wearing it make this entire process magical. I am so grateful to Bruce for the amazing gift his creation has given me.I am 5 star delighted and am highly recommending him.
