I called Enterprise after last years great experience only have it go south.I called last week to rent a vehicle after my vehicle was in a crashI had an appointment today at 3 pm. I also told them I wanted an SUV or a F150. Half way to Enterprise I received a phone call from Enterprise that they had nothing to rent. The caller also stated they would call me back between 4 and 4:30 pm, they didn't.I called back at 5pm and was informed they had a Toyota Highlander and another Suv. I informed the person on the phone I lived 4 miles away or 15 min.When I arrived at Enterprise I was informed that both SUV's were rented and I was offered a Mini Cooper. I told the guy to his face I am done.How can Enterprise go from outstanding last year to horrible this year?If I could rate zero stars, I would. This was an abysmal experience

Fantastic experience. It was my first time having to deal with a rental care and the team at made it extremely easy. They were also extremely flexible which made my life easier in this stressful time. Highly recommend this location!

This location was the only that was able to come through for me!If you need to rent a car, I highly recommend this location

They were quick and efficient. The driver who picked me up at the dealership where I was leaving my car, was friendly and courteous, however I do wish he would have had a name badge or company jacket. His t-shirt was under his jacket, but something more obvious, and 'classier' than a t-shirt would add a level of professionalism. This is not his fault, however, and does not reflect poorly on his service.The car itself was clean, ran well, but was small. I am 5'6 and hit my head

I've been to this location 2 seperate times now and have had great service each time. I did a walk in for an insurance claim this time and despite being very busy the staff at this location was very attentive and got me into the vehicle I wanted to rent. If I need to rent a car I will keep coming back to this location as I have had a bad experience at other branches.

My car broke down unexpectedly Friday April 14 at 10am, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and put in a car within 15 minutes! Great customer service, really friendly staff. I was able to even modified my drop off time for my rental and offered a ride back to my car (which was fixed at the shop! Even tho I didn't need it, it was really appreciated. If for any reason I need another rental, I will come here again!!
