We are tenant on 190 Wildcat. Every issue takes forever to solve. We had a thermostat in warehouse for maybe 20 years old with 2-3 degrees tolerance! I asked them to replace it with a time manageable because it saves energy. They came several time to convince that they believe it's working. This thermostat was just $50 and we paid it.We have reported so many times that roof is leaking. Every week they come and say something. But problem not solved.
