My son and I were greeted by smiling, friendly staff promptly upon walking in the door. The restaurant is very clean, bright and a great location with lots of accessible parking. The bathroom was also very tidy and clean. The food was prepared in a timely manner and everything was fresh and hot. We even received complimentary cinnamon chips by the wonderful staff. Thank you for making our dine in experience one to remember!

Always fresh and delicious! I'm more than happy to go the 20 minutes out of my way to eat here! The staff are always friendly. And even though my fav, the Big Stuff Burrito is not currently on the menu, they're still willing to make it for me!

I come in and ordered regular burrito and got what I swear would be the size of one of their soft tacos. I was bewildered and left hungry. What’s even worse I asked if I could have napkins to wash down the tables. They were disgusting and I went to the bathroom and grabbed paper towels to clean my towel with something wet to pick up the grease on the cleanest table. You can see crumbs and the grease and dirty Mark’s if you zoom in on picture. Every table in the place was like this. The sad thing is, I’m the only person in here. This is the third time and strike three they are out. Lost my business for good.

Been a huge fan of TacoTime pretty well my whole life. This is the only one in the city where the folks actually know how to roll a burrito consistently and they do it well. Might be a small pet peeve but I was a cook for almost 10 years so I'm a big fan of burritos that don't fall apart. Food is fresh, presentation is clean. Does not feel like cheap fast food here 5/5

Place is clean and nice to eat at, staff is very friendly and accommodating, though communication can be difficult sometimes with some requests.Food is always hot and seems fresh for the most part. Chicken is dry though, tried it twice and didn't enjoy it at all. Beef is great though!Wonderful place to grab a quick dinner, I see others complaining about how long it takes, but I don't mind the wait as long as the food is good. 10-15 minutes for an order is very reasonable unless you want it microwaved and greasy like most fast food.Feel like some work on communication would go a long way, and maybe look at how long the chicken is being cooked.Keep it up, fellas.

The staff were very personable and friendly. The man we dealt with even ensured we got the best deal for what we ordered and was even willing to prepare an item that had been discontinued from their mainstream menu. We were even gifted a dessert dish. All in all, a good experience that made us feel appreciated as customers. We WILL return to this location.

Not thrilled at all. I waited 21mins to order and receive my meal. And I was the only one there. Was hard to hear and understand the server taking my order. All staff seemed confused. And there was a manager in the lobby having a heated phone conversation. Which was loud and annoying. The food was good , not mind blowing by any means. They need to work out the kinks before I’ll come again.

Always a pleasant experience here! The food is great, never too greasy, makes for a refreshing meal on a hot day. The staff is extremely kind as well. I appreciate having this establishment in our community:)

The staff were super friendly and made our stay extremely welcoming. The restaurant is clean and the food is fantastic. 10/10 recommend this location.We are huge taco time fans and this is by far the best restaurant on the south side.
