The staff here love to travel and love to help others plan a great vacation, and they will look after you from start to finish. Worst agency I have ever dealt with. All happy to take my money and extra for insurance but when I wanted help with the claim they treated us like dirt and told us to do everything ourselves.. including cancelling flights that they booked.
