Overpriced, worst ever return policy.Staff can be a little crabby. Check other places such as Toys R Us and Walmart first... you won't regret it.

Customer Service Is Great. Prices Are Comparable Or A Bit Less. Great Place To Find Items You Normally Wouldn't Find.

I would give no stars if that were an option... I purchased an item in September 2021 and bought a three year warranty with it. With this warranty I was told I could return the item for refund or exchange if there were any issues. Today I called to ensure they could look up my receipt which they did and to let them know I would be coming in for a refund. I was immediately denied my refund when I called. I was told refunds are against company policy and was offered a gift card for the price of the item. This did not include the cost of my warranty. I stated again that I was told I could get a full refund upon return when I bought it. The lady who refused to give me her name treated me like I was lying and refused to help me. She claimed she is the store manager and brushed me off like I didn't matter. Any information I asked of her she refused to give me. Absolutely will never buy anything here again.

Love love love this store. Employee are always knowledgeable on the product they sell. Always amazing deal for insider. Always a place I need to stop when im in the mall.

I can't believe the employees there! Who hires someone who plays on there phone so much as to stop in the middle of a sale to answer a personal text or phone call, and no help also there Facebook reviews are all fake clearly there staff is putting in the 5 star reviews so anyone else reviewing use Facebook too.

Very cool selection of stuff. Always neat things to see in this store when there's not a group of kids running around in it. Staff is helpful

I was told that I could return a present back for my wife but was never advised that it was store credit. I bought a bluetooth speaker for my wife and was told that it couldn't go any louder because of a setting and that was another lie. Will never buy here again not to mention that they have next to nothing to choose from.
