I don't have a good experience at all. When I went to have my tooth extracted, I was in pain and bruised for weeks, and after the service, the secretary informs you that the insurance does not cover it and you have to pay out of pocket. Because unnecessary work such as cleaning teeth only once a year, they used my companion to fill the place of another patient whose appointment was canceled.

I am a routine customer here for a couple of years and they know my insurance conditions and they have the whole information. I don't remember when was my last yearly check-up as a patient. I was there to get a unnecessary routine check-up appointment but they encouraged me to get a canceled appointment the same day and it ended up to pay the whole service out of my pocket and not able to use my insurance as the last service was about 11 months ago. The funny part, after paying the fees the receptionist asking me do you want to tick your insurance coverage yearly in your profile? "Are you kidding me. " YES PLEASE "I am disappointed not because of the service but the way they treat people as ...."

I really enjoyed it. I think Dr. Sarah Saunders is sweet, professional, and easy to talk to and ask questions. The perfect dental experience.I recommend her!

This is the best dentists office ever. Everyone and I mean every single person in that clinic is extremely friendly. They seem to care about eachother and genuinely appear to enjoy working there. My son who is 2 years old also goes there and it's his favorite place ever. They hygienists are sweet and non judgemental. So good with kids!Doctor anne-claire Landry is the best dentist anyone can ask for. She is comforting, empathetic and very passionate about what she does.I don't know how I can thank every one of them other than to tell everyone what a safe place this is to get your teeth fixed.

Dr. Benlolo is an amazing dentist. She is very sweet and extremely attentive. I’ve been going to her for 15 years and I would never go elsewhere.

Dr. Saunders is Very professional and nice, I've had a surgical wisdom tooth removal and a filling so far with her, and I'm totally happy and satisfied.Dr.Mousavi also is the best, very kind, professional with years of experience, patient and interestingly sophisticated! :) you never get anxious, since he is so calm and compassionate.Plus, the clinic is very clean and well-equipped and all the staff there, are professional.

Dr. Musevi is the best dentist you could ever go see with decades of experience. I have lots of problems in my mouth from fillings to extractions and root canals and me and my whole family has been seeing him for a few years now, never a problem. He is very kind and trustable. The staff is also amazing and patient, from the receptionists to all the dental assistants, they all make you feel reassured and they will answer your questions without rushing you and really take the time to give you the information you need.

Fantastic experience with Dr Landry, who saw me today on an emergency basis and completely repaired my cracked tooth with no need for an X-ray or freezing and with no pain. I am based in the UK but visit Montreal regularly and am so happy with the service at Dentwest that I will have my routine dental work done here instead of at home!
