The Brick

We recently purchased appliances at the Brick through Mike. All dealings, were absolutely excellent. Mike is very helpful, very knowledgeable and very understanding of our wants/needs, and good to deal with.. the delivery service was second to none. These guys are excellent and went above and beyond. We will certainly looking at the Brick for any future purchases

Sean was an exceptional Sales Rep. He provided us indepth details and information about the Leather on the living room furniture we purchased. Very kind, very friendly, honest, and very professional. Sean also helped us with our bedroom suite furniture purchase 5 years ago. He is top notch! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve honestly never had a good experience with a sales person at the brick- as a corporate price client, most sales people don’t want to spend their commissioned time on us. We came in looking for a fridge because ours broke 6 weeks ago and we are still waiting for parts. Sean McCaffrey was an amazing help and spent lots of time with us trying to find what we needed. We ended up leaving with a sale price item getting delivered this week as opposed to a corporate item and we couldn’t be happier with Sean! We will definitely buy from him again.

Sean was extremely helpful and very kind when I first walked in, told him what I wanted and he began setting everything up immediately, turns out I also had a deal in the dresser and nightstand I wanted to buy. Told me nice tips about the warranty and added in a wood kit too to my table. All in all a very nice experience!!!

Me and my husband were looking for a new sectional couch with not much luck. This was our third place to look, and we finally found what we were looking for. Mike helped us solidify our decision and provided exceptional service. Would recommend Mike to anyone looking to purchase furniture or appliances!

We were shopping for a new mattress and checked The Brick first. Sean M. did a great job helping us find something that fit our preferences and budget and we didn't feel pressure at all. He was a pleasure to deal with and seemed pretty honest, for a salesman ;). Out of character we decided to purchase the mattress and a platform without visiting any other stores (it had been a long day already and we just wanted to wrap things up). We had to wait for the platform to arrive so we decided to delay delivery of it all until the platform arrived.In the following days we had a chance to visit some other mattress stores in town and found something we liked even more and that was notably cheaper. We went back to The Brick to retry the one we purchased there and found it very close but not quite as comfortable as the one from the other store. The decision basically came down to price and Sean and The Brick were willing to match the price of the other mattress even though they were different models and styles and we were already given the sale price on the one we purchased at The Brick. In the end we feel like we got a mattress that will fit our needs well at a good price and the experience was friendly, low stress, and low hassle. Can't ask for much more.

Great experience! Sean McCaffrey (Senior Sales Associate at The Brick) looked after my husband and I very well. He was able to answer all our questions we had about beds and mattresses and was quick to find the lowest price for the items we chose. He did not gatekeep anything. What a treat!
