I went into the parts department today. There were 2 people on the computer at the desk. I stood there for a few minutes because the pair looked busy. My issue was that I felt like a number and not a person. Even if a hand went up to acknowledge my presence I would have been more patient to wait. I have had my car serviced at this location for a while and now that has just left a bad taste for me.

Website mentioned shuttle service, but the receptionist told me, when I asked when dropping off the car, that they stopped the shuttle service ever since the beginning of COVID.Service clerk wasn’t wearing mask until she noticed me then didn’t wash/sanitize her hands after touching her mask despite handing me papers. She did sanitize my key FOB before returning it to me. It would be nice for staff to follow health guidelines.Spacious building. Hand sanitizer smells like holiday peppermint. Complimentary coffee machine options including latte.

Very professional. Cary the service advisor was a huge help in getting me the most value out of my maintenance plan and warranty. Would highly recommend! Love our Sequoia

Staff was pleasant and helpful but the vehicles that we were looking for and shown were damaged and dirty. You would think that they would at least spend some time to make them a little more presentable. We likely would have made a purchase that day.

I was disappointed when my car couldn’t get serviced due to lack of parts/no courtesy car. I understand things happen and I believe it’s how people handle them. Everyone was professional and did everything in their power to help me. Steven the manager was quick and kept me in loop so there was no questions.
