I love this location all the customers service in cosmatic section are perfect ,vert helphul ,very patient and knowledgeable. I went to buy bioderma ( sos) spray, it sold out every where kheeslu the (manger) helped me by callin another store and they bought for me . And Teuta burnaci very respectful woman and she is greeting in very nice way ,thank you all .

I bought a chatr SIM card two days ago, first they gave me inactive sim, I called they promised me to provide the another sim however it still not received anything. It is total waste of time and energy to shop to this store. Pratik and Jared and their manager are all faulty. I highly recommend to double think before shop at the store; only shop if you don’t like your money and dump it.

I went to Guildford mall Surrey Canada location today and the ladies at beauty section made me feel so uncomfortable by just keep looking at me while I was shopping for my face primer. I was also looking at the sunscreen but didn’t end up buying. The lady there I think she was the manager was so rude. She end up saying “aren’t you going to get sunscreen that was in your hand” I got so uncomfortable the way she asked as if she was making assumptions that I have stolen or something. Right before this I heard her saying her employees when two more girls were asking about a sunscreen. She whispered to her employees “oh they don’t have money” they can’t afford”. I’m an Indian and the other two were Indians too. Maybe the other two girls didn’t hear that. But this is so rude of her I couldn’t take her name because I got so uncomfortable that I paid for my stuff and just left. She wears glasses have burgundy hair and is very rude to Indian people. I hope you guys will do something about it. Horrible Experience!!

Worst service. I gave my brand-new laptop to these guys for a screen replacement, and these guys actually ruined it. Before the replacement, they inspected my whole laptop to see if it was damaged or not, which it was not. But then they gave me my laptop, damaging it on the left side. My only mistake was that I was in a hurry and didn’t check my laptop on time. If I had checked properly while picking up the laptop, I would have surely complained about it and also gotten a replacement or something else. I will advise the other customers to please ensure that your item is in the same condition as when you gave it to them because they don't know how to handle expensive items.

Great place for snacks sold at more affordable prices than other grocery stores. They got more selection of personal care items as well. It just better than shoppers drug mart. They just need more locations.

Went in yesterday get a gift card for my niece. I didn't see any as I looked around the length of front area. I wanted to ask the staff but they were all engaged at the service counter with their Starbucks drinks in hand and eating oreos. A young lady in a white shirt & a large set of keys on her waist with a rather large Starbucks drink, seemed to be in charge. Another young girl swirled her iced coffee and drank it behind the service counter. Other staff gathered to eat oreos. It was awkward so I just looked for what I needed and used the self checkout. When I couldn't get my gift card to work, I couldn't find anyone to help. I moved to the service counter and the young girl that was supposedly tending to the self checkout was at the counter with another staff. I told her I needed help so she picked up her hand device and did her thing. The male behind the counter was polite enough but I felt like I was interrupting.
