I had brought in a moncler vest that had burnt holes through it, it was quite bad. The gentleman there reassured me he could fix it and make it look brand new. Was pricey but it was definitely worth it because wow did the vest ever look brand new! Amazing work and was done in a timely manor. I suggest you take all Moncler repairs here!

I took a sport jacket, for which I was told to make changes top to bottom, ended up spending close to $300 on it for alterations, all recommended by Neemat. Getting them done on committed time was a bit of a challenge, I have experienced this a few times, where when you show up they make you wait a half hour to more because they're getting things ready". Avoid at all costs - poor service, expensive, customer fault, and terrible customer service by tailor.Longer version - Purchased a suit from Massino Dutti for a wedding which needed shortened sleeve and pants. Had to wait 45 min after store opened for tailor to arrive. Opted for more detailed adjustments - take whole sleeve off to shorten and retain 4 button sleeve, adjust pant and jacket. Super expensive at $200+ but Ok, it is expensive mall rent. Didn’t open pocket for pocket square, didn’t open back of jacket and failed to open jacket 4th sleeve button. Returned to store to have this corrected which should have been a matter of minutes. After being told that it was my fault for not asked that the jacket be opening and that the 4th button did not need to be opened I took the jacket else where to be finished.Avoid at all costs.Cashier was polite as I had to wait 45 min for tailor and tried to provide actual customer service as tailor argued with me about how the incomplete work was because I didn’t request jacket to be opened to wear to a wedding. Wow. Just wow…

The customer service was superb - I'm not sure why so many people had negative service comments. Also of course good tailoring isn't cheap! People need to either accept that or just wear ill-fitting clothes or learn to mend damaged garments themselves. Don't evaluate cost of alterations relative to the price of a new item either, because clothing is a commodity these days whereas a skilled trade is a service of enduring value.I bought a dress in a rush for an event from a consignment store and needed to alter it once I realized it was a few sizes too big. These guys did a terrific job and the dress is now a 99% perfect fit (as I opted not to spend more for darts in the lower back and bust). The price was $88 and the dress was part of a 3-piece set for $75 (dress, blazer and heels), so I feel I got excellent value.

I promise you that this is not the place you want to go to get your suite fitted. Please Avoid at all cost.They are truly there to steal your money. They will overcharge you about 300-400 dollars just to move a bit of fabric around and say they gave you a customized suit tailored to your like.The man is a con artist and will RUIN your suite. They are very rude and it you tell him he messed up your suite he will throw a fit and yell at you and run away like a baby.Guys if you have special event to attend and want to make sure your suite or dress or whatever you are getting tailored is perfect this is the last place on EARTH you want to be.I promise you, take my word for it and avoid at all cost.You can find much better places for a cheaper rate and will get the job done properly.Sorry if this post was really long but I just dont want someone to experience what i experienced with them.All the best.

Was referred here by the staff at Harry Rosen due to my alteration timeline requirements being too short notice for them to accommodate. When it comes to timing, price, and quality, you can usually only ever choose two, but I was genuinely surprised at the result. It's wedding season, I brought two off the rack suits for full alteration, as well as dress shirts, and Nehmat was able to turn them around within the week. The fit was top tier, the process was smooth, and the pricing was more than reasonable for the scope of work required. Would recommend.
