I always get my water jugs from there. They are the cheapest. They also have a file for me so if I ever forget what kind of filter or UV light I need they can check.

Visited this afternoon for the first time to fill 3 large water jugs and I was totally impressed and will definitely be returning. They have an automated jug washer which is the first place I have ever seen that. You fill your own jugs and the best feature is that they provide an excellent seal which you hammer on with a rubber mallet which makes it super convenient to carry the filled jug with the handle rather than a bear hug. The lady was super helpful instructing me on the various steps as I told her that I was a first time customer. Best of all each jug and seal was only $2.95.

The North Bay, Ontario location to refill your bottles has been down for almost a month now. It’s absolutely ridiculous and inconvenient! This seems to be happening there quite often in recent months. How does a business operate like this?! Very disappointing.

Terrible customer service! Only 1 person allowed in the store even though we are not under lockdown anymore and further the fact we are married seniors who assist each other. The jugs are heavy. I need my husbands help. I have to go in myself struggle to get the old lids off, wash and fill them then leave the store for my husband to complete the new placing of new lids and carry them out. Absolutely ridiculous when we are from the same household and in a yellow zone for Covid. Restaurants and stores are open but you allow 1 person. I am a very dissatisfied customer!

Worst customer service ever. The lady at the counter cares more about her parking lot infront of the store than the customers. Negative stars if it was possible. Take your business elsewhere guys.
