Not impressed after 3 times they still did not figure out that our cat's bred was not his name. Our appointment was at 8. My wife was inside when they called me to find out if I was sitting in the parking lot with my cat. Almost 10 minutes after my wife was already inside with the cat. Oh they said well I am in the back so I will go get the cat". She should have checked before calling. They tell us not to be late but they can take their time before going to check if the patient is there. Never again will travel to Lachine to have my pet taken care of by a pro vet. Thank you"

Been to a few vets, my dog had an emergency, my regular vet had no time for us, we walked in to this amazing clinic, no appointment and saw our urgency, 15 mins Dr. Daniel Scrive took in our best friend, figured it out, helped us with what our best buddy needed and the cost was generously beyond fair, guess who our new clinic is and Dr. 5 Plus stars, thank you so much. This is what is the true definition of a veterinaire is, Forget any other clinic, I won't mention their names but this is the best I have ever had and will ever have in QC.Grant Edwards
