The service from Juan was excellent. Our car interior had hardly been cleaned since we got it 7 years ago and was filthy from sports and kids. He took extra care and effort and made our car like new again. He was also a very friendly and warm person and wanted to make sure we were happy. I would gladly recommend Shiny.

I used this service for the 1st time today and my technician was Neil. My car looks absolutely brand new! I had the basic 90 min clean & Neil did such an amazing job and I didn't even have to leave my home. Thank You so much, I look forward to using you monthly.

We borrowed a family member's car with snow tires to get us through the winter. As a thank you we wanted to get the car professionally cleaned but also had budget limitations. I'm SO glad we found Shiny!!! Interior and exterior clean and the team did a FANTASTIC job. Really really happy with the result. Had Tyson do a full car detail last week on one of my cars and it was so good. He was so good that I immediately booked this week for him to do my other car. All I can say is he’s a pro. The set up is pro. They have all their own power and water and gear and he went above and beyond. I’ll def use them again and highly recommend. Easy to book. So good.

I wish I could be writing a good review right now but my experience with Shiny was unfortunately pretty disappointing.I booked a Full Interior & Exterior Detailing with Seat Shampoo add-on. When they 'finished' the interior was ok. The seats looked nicer but the door-jambs were full of dirt despite it being listed in the service package, but the exterior was still dirty! The technician said a lot was stuck on and he went over it several times with the pressure washer, though everything in the photos I could wipe off with my finger. I'm not sure they really did anything to the exterior except spray it down, as a cloth worked for me the next day when I had to finish their job. For a nearly $400 price tag, I excepted my car to look more or less new, and sadly that wasn't the case. For a service called 'detailing' there wasn't much attention to detail paid at all. Bummer.The worst part of it all and the reason i'm writing this review...I emailed the next day telling them about my experience with photos and I did not even receive the courtesy of a reply!! :(The package I bought had quite a detailed list of what was included, things I did not receive, so now I feel like I got ripped off. I would never use Shiny again. I am giving 1 star for the friendliness of the technician.

I recently used Shiney to detail X2 vehicles back-to-back. It was so convenient to have them come to our location. Jacob was very professional, hardworking and overall gave excellent service. Jacob was amazing. He detailed my Lincoln and my wife’s Mini Cooper and they look amazing. Jacob was very detailed and did an i creditable job. The cars look show room new and even have that new car smell . Will definitely use them again
