Preet and Bali are excellent people. They offer great repair services, are very friendly, and have a good selection. I ruined my ring on accident and Preet restored it to new condition for a good price. Check them out in the mall, and I would say you can trust them to do jewelry repair

Very friendly, and did amazing work restoring my necklace my wife bought me for our first year anniversary ! It was dark and bent and had a broken clasp. I have worn this almost every day since she gave it to me 10 years ago. When I got it back , I couldn’t believe how perfect it looked! Back to the original shape and shiny again. He did such a great job, I left my wedding band with him to bring back to life too. I also bought another band at a very good price to keep on my finger while mine is being restored. This place is great! My gold bracelet clasp was a little loose and the lady working was able to fix it for me within 3 minutes no problem! They also have some very nice 14k gold pendants at affordable prices!

Bought the black Citizens Diamond Plated Eco Drive watch to add to my Citizen collection. All I got left is to get the silver one now!The owner was very helpful and reasonable with pricing of the watch. Gave me even a 10% extra discount for the watch.Shout out to the nice young women adjusting it to fit my wrist right on the spot! She is warm and welcoming and does her job flawlessly in watch repairs/ battery replacement etc.Plus an extra 1 year warranty that comes with the watch when you register on the website. (Adding up to a total of 6 years of Warranty)I could not ask for better service! Spot on great management and sales rep!Even told me he would adjust the watch for free if I need adjusting in the future.Very nice owner and cells great authentic watches!Buying online you run into the risk of not getting the real authentic citizen's watch.

It started with a necklace that Bali sold me, she promised it would be ok to wear it all the time, even to bed. She was right. Then I needed a bracelet fixed and Preet did an amazing job. (Only had to wait 12 days versus the 5 weeks from the large department store!) When I picked up the bracelet, I started looking at a new wedding ring (I needed an upgrade). Preet took the time and took photos of them on my finger so I could show my husband. We went back soon after and purchased it. I am in love with my new ring and I will be returning to Gold N Time whenever I need some new bling! Preet and Bali are awesome people, so friendly! Shop locally!!!
