Wholesale Club Morton Avenue

It's amazing...the amount of product this building has packed into it .Great place

TLDR: The Wholesale Club in Brantford discriminates against the handicapped.If I could give the Wholesale Club in Brantford less than 1 star I would. On numerous occasions my handicapped father-in-law was mistreated physically and verbally. As a regular customer for 15 years, he has never had an issue shopping here until the past year or so, as the Wholesale Club chose to hire a particular employee. Recently, while trying to check out, this employee became both physically and verbally aggressive, using degrading names and trying to push him out of the store. Management thought the best solution was to ensure there is no contact between the employee and my father-in-law while he is shopping, which we completely agree with. However, over the weekend while shopping, my father-in-law was waiting in line and noticed the check out employees were picking around him. He then overheard the employees referring to him as the crazy man" and similarly hurtful names. Another customer in line realized what was going on and had to put his items with their own while checking out in an effort to ensure my father-in-law received what he needed. Once again

Absolutely love this place, there is so many selections it would be hard to say what's the best here.It's wholesale... now a days getting more for your buck is hard to find!!Ps they have a whole candy isle!

This place had a employee attack my handicapped dad while shopping, he's went here for 15 years now and when he goes in staff call him names and bully him and belittle him! I hope someone steps in and does something with this awful place! I'll personally never shop here again

Absolutely disgusting place after what I just witnessed. Staff attacking a handicapped man and calling him names while they picked everyone around him in line! Would not recommend shopping here let's boycott this place

This place lets the employees pick on and discriminate against the handicap. The manager does nothing about the CONTINUOUS misconduct on an elderly handicapped man just trying to purchase items from the establishment. Absolutely disgusting.

Love going to this store but today the cashier I had made me feel like I was dirty. Her name was Liz. I have bought the reusable produce bags and she said I'm not touching your bags which I purchased here then when I started to get them and put on her scale she said get away from me. How rude I have never been address by such rudeness. If she's so conserved about her health then maybe she should wear a mask or not work in the pupluc sector. She touched and moved everything on my cart which I had touched plus she has sanitizer at hand. I walked away from here feeling like trash. And I shop here every week spending $600-$900 weekly

Started shopping here for my business. First 4 times no issues. 5th time my Visa card which I had used each previous time was denied because they only accept Mastercard. I don't care how badly you want to push PC Mastercards or how expensive Visa is supposedly. To turn me away at the register with around $300 of product is not good business.

You need better signage inside the store. There are many products that don’t have a price tag. Secondly, the checkout line is a disaster. Please. Clearly indicate where the line starts and ends. I’ll change my review when this is implemented in the store.
