Very disappointed. Over 20 years with them and I just can't believe they would treat customers this way. Do yourself a favor and go with their competitors, they might make it seem to you like they are cheaper but at the end of the day they are not and you will save yourself the headache.

Our contract has been terminated with them since May 2019 and they haven't collected their uniforms from our office yet. They are charging us for loss and damage on them and sent our account to collection agency. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Abusive business practices. Over charging on a weekly basis, then come disruption of service, without pickup or delivery for weeks, while continue billing and expecting you to pay anyway. When you asked to cancel your contract, they send you a bill from Collection Agency. Dishonest and poor customer services all around.

horrible horrible service. esti voleur.paying biweekly cash, they keep saying they haven’t received the cash despite all my bills being paid with proof of bills. accused me of not paying when in reality their drivers are stealing the money. cancelled my services with no advisory. invoices always change and are higher than marked. offered to send proof of payment and my bills and they tell me they don’t believe me and don’t care.

The worst fraudulent company ever. Always over bills. Cant ever get a call back from reps, Non-existent customer service, never answer your calls. Always missing clothes . Gave a 3 month notice to cancel service the get a bill 2 months later to replace all clothes at a cost of over $3000.00. If you deal with this company you will regret it. Remember my words. AVOID !!! Deal with a more reputable company and avoid these people like the plague. One star is too much negative 10. Tell everyone you know and tell them to tell everyone they know. Thank you.
