Fantastic staff that will work tirelessly for their clients and constantly bend over backwards to make things work in your favor whenever possible. These are people with a high level of integrity, work ethic and with a strong moral compass. I've been a CCCU member for pretty much my whole life. Their service has always been great. I have shopped around for other banks/credit unions and I didn't see enough of a difference to be worth switching.Their mobile app is very functional, it allows you to view and transfer funds, deposit cheques, make bill payments.

Good service, but for business banking found that rates were not competitive. (Fees) This may have changed has been a few years since I moved banks for this reason.

Joke of a bank, cash deposit tries to short me 6 times in a row finally reads all bills and won’t go thru, drove thru atm on Hammond bay never works, just went to every coastal in nanaimo all 4 poor excuses for banks to try and deposit money, massive waste of time and fuelNow heading to RBC to successfully deposit and e transfer to my pathetic cccu account

They very clearly made a typo in the overseas account number I was transferring money to. The transfer was rejected and they stuck me with the significant penalty fees, even though there was clear proof it was their mistake. I couldn't believe it.

Always super long line ups with only one teller working. I often wait 20 minutes to be seen for something that should have been quick.

Waited forever… other staff, who could have jumped in did not… asked someone who may be in charge, he got up, and counted 2 tellers, claimed someone called in sick… after 20 minutes, the line grew to 6 customers

Do yourself a favour and don’t bank here. Constant misinformation, no tellers, rude manager, inconsistent staff. I’ve never had problems at any other bank I’ve used, except here.
