Sales and management staff were very quick to respond to my search for a slightly used mini van. I was able to negotiate a very reasonable trade-in quickly and was very happy with the condition of the vehicle I purchased. It was sparkling clean and in great running condition when I picked it up. It was also immensely helpful to have the insurance and registration handled in-house. And they are dog-friendly!

A good friendly experience. The process was well explained, my Jeep was ready on time with no issues.I guess now days things are a bit different, when you would take in your car for a service and it was an experience, from the personal touch to having your car detailed. Sure it's all about the money and moving units with limited resources.Nevertheless, I will continue to use Foundation Auto in the future. Thanks again.

I am so pleased with the service Lyndsey’s provided. She’s gone the extra mile to ensure not only were we able to trade in our vehicle despite not even purchasing it a month previously. She also assisted with accommodating with a rental as we waited our new vehicle getting serviced. She’s incredibly communicative, always taking the time to explain things to me, giving me up dates and breakdowns. Always making sure we were up to date. Great service and follow up at the Service Dept.I brought my 2020 Ram in for service and dealt with Dillon McGee in the service dept. It is so nice to deal with someone who is knowledgeable, courteous and explains what will be done and why.The service dept. is facing staffing issues like everyone else and they could not wash the truck like they had done years before. I called Jean Giurguis, service manager, and had recommended that they consider giving vouchers for the car wash down the street. Jean offered to wash the truck while they try and source a car wash. It's the little details that count sometimes in business and good customer service has many long term benefits. This dealership also has a follow up call to make sure that the job was well done and the customer is satisfied with the work. I am very pleased by the service dept. performance and will continue to have my truck serviced there. Thanks again for your assistance and great service.

I had brought in my Jeep Srt to be diagnosed for a problem I’ve been having for many months. I had taken it to two other dealerships prior, with absolutely no luck and lots of difficulty. I got very lucky, that I had called Foundation Auto North Vancouver. I initially spoke with Bill on the phone to see availability, and he got me booked in very quickly. The customer service just over the phone at first was fantastic. Then my car was handled by Dillon, and he was confident in what the problem could be after a detailed inspection. They then ordered the parts and within a week, it was completed. Again, great customer service and communication while my car was there. When I picked up my car yesterday, the problem was definitely fixed. I left, driving the car like it was better than brand new. This is how every car owner should feel, after leaving the dealership with a service done! Much appreciated and definitely happy with the quality work.

JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE 2022 WITHOUT A RADIO SCREEN !!!!I was contemplating between Jeep and a few other brands until I met Ramy at Foundation Auto North Vancouver. He was so friendly and helpful. The process was fast and smooth, but I faced a lot of problems after getting my brand-new #Jeep Grand Cherokee 2022 by a principal amount of almost $98K on the 7th of October 2022.The radio screen did not work at all, just after my second use of that. I set an appointment for fixing it for November 3rd, 2022, but during this period to my appointment, unfortunately, due to the lack of rear and 360o cameras in the screen, I did not notice an obstacle in the ceiling of the parking lot and the back shield totally broke.The service department was working on my car and firstly they said that there is not any problem and after my return, I realized that there was still a problem with the screen. They had to check again, and finally, after different specializations, they expressed that there is a software problem and the program will be uploaded online in almost three months. It is now more than three months and nothing has changed.I did follow up with Chrysler and told them that I am not happy with my purchase and they should solve my problem. They were supposed to call me back but they did not care.On 23rd January 2023, I called the Foundation and explained that this problem is related to the hardware because the screen turns on with several taps on it (I took a video), but they do not care at all.I am definitely not satisfied with my purchase because my problem has not been solved yet and I cannot use my car properly and no one is responding.

Sepp did an amazing job helping us pick out the perfect car! They fixed the windshield, brakes and topped up my gas before I left the lot. Definitely recommend :-)
