I recently invited 3 heating contractors to quote on an oil-to-propane conversion that I will be undertaking immediately. I invited Peace Of Mind Heating to quote on my job based on positive Google Reviews and the fact that they are a local contractor... I'm BIG on supporting local!!Although I decided to not hire Peace Of Mind, I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Narcy, the technician/installer/estimator, was very professional, very thorough, and he was very patient with me (he answered all of my questions). His price was a bit high (and that may have been simply due to a markup placed on his quote by the propane supplier, which is very unfortunate), but his boiler recommendation was top-notch, and he gave me very good advice (which I very much appreciate!). In the end, I decided against Peace Of Mind Heating based on price. But my experience with Narcy was very positive, he was a really nice guy, and I would definitely recommend Peace Of Mind Heating.

Great job installing my propane lines and hookup . Narcy came out to give me a quote and answered all my questions. Office staff and the techs that came out were fantastic. Will do business in the future again .Thank you .

They were very prompt and organized, and they clean up after they were done. Only issue I have is they don't supply propane so you have to get ahold of a delivery company have your tanks installed and then the tech need to come and make sure everything is working properly. So you cannot get these 2 there on same day, so they charge me an extra 120 dollar for tech to come back next day for an hour

RIP OFF! Prices they charged me for parts were more than double the original parts prices from manufacturer and online suppliers

I would recommend Peace of Kind to everyone. Well priced, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to get my new boiler in sooner than they had originally anticipated and worked with me even while the power was out to do the install. Very happy with the service keep it up.

Installed a new propane boiler, replacing an oil boiler. Excellent service and communication and clean up during the installation process.

I needed the heat pumps cleaned out, they came fast, prepared and finished the job in a timely manor. The tech also gave me a few tips on how to keep up on the maintenance so it wouldn't get so dirty so fast. Polite and courteous, thanks so much. I'll be using this team in the future and I recommend you do too.

New owner and staff are great!!!We had an issue caused by installation of our heat pump units by the previous owner of this company. The issue caused serious damage and resulted in the complete system having to be replaced.Brad Cross, the new owner, stepped up and replaced the entire system. It is not often that people “do the right thing”, but that is exactly what Brad decided to do! He is easy to talk to and willing to listen. I highly recommend him simply for his ethics. Thank you Brad!I spoke with the receptionist, Catherine, many times as we worked through our issue. She is extremely friendly, empathetic, and genuine. I can’t say enough good things about her.
