We go there on a weekly basis but since the new owners we have noticed a significant change. There is always a staffing shortage and management no where to be found. Tonight was no diff. We had Alysha B. who was awesome as always by the way!! And the food was good! But the poor girl was the only server. One customer came in to complain about the wait time (in front of the manger I might add which I had a front row view) and poor Alysha could only stand there and apologize profusely. The manager did not say a word to the customer. To me this is poor management and disgusting to let the staff take all the heat!!! I heard another customer complain and ended up leaving after telling management how he felt. It is really sad as we enjoy going here and enjoy the food and all the awesome wait staff. They are driving a lot of good customers and long time staff away which is unfortunate since Uxbridge is a small family community and is a good place to gather. We will be looking for a new place to call our regular

My friend and I stopped in and were served by an outstanding server named Nikki F. She was so friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions and taking my friend's celiac disease into account. The food was good based on her suggestions and I highly recommend going and asking to sit in her section. Hope to be back again!

Had the salmon bowl for takeout there tonight. Considering I paid $25 for it was hugely disappointed. Trying to eat the salmon was like trying to chew threw a leather boot and the rice was EXTREMELY undercooked (will be lucky if I don’t get food poisoning from this place tonight). I tried calling in to let a manager or supervisor know how bad it was but no one would take the call. Will definitely NOT be coming here again.

Had delicious spaghetti with spicy Italian Sausages, pepperoni, and some red bell peppers. Very delicious and got to watch the blue Jay's game on the big screen! Also, on Tuesdays they have a deal for pasta!!

We've been coming here for years and enjoying the patio. Servers are friendly and really make the place feel welcoming. Until last night...The servers we love were crying because of the treatment they've received from the new owners. I'm never coming back here, but I will follow the servers to a different restaurant. There's no excuse for berating staff and telling them they're replaceable. Servers work so hard and make so little. The very least they deserve is basic kindness and respect. Avoid this place at all costs. It doesn't represent Uxbridge.

The customer service here is spectacular, they are all very nice and welcoming as soon as you walk in. They come pretty often to your table to check up on you, if the food is good or you want to order more. The pizza here is something else, not like any pizza I have ever tasted in my life. The crust is unimaginably delicious with a nice thick crust and cheese on top, the pizza also tastes a bit sweet, not a bad thing. The wings were pretty normal, not anything special to be honest, I mean there’s not much anyone can do anyways to a couple wings. The pizza was also super cheesy with supple crust underneath and NOT GREASY AS ALL!!! ;) Would love come here again and again

Loved this place! I'm in Uxbridge with my granddaughters we went last night everything was great!! One of my granddaughters took home a leftover in a red containerSo today when I was gonna put this container in the recycleI notice it said reusableOkay BUT what caught me was this container is made in CANADA I was so happy to see thatJust finished my perfect dinner thereI'll be a very faithful customer of yoursThank you for being Canadian

I am a Boston Pizza fan and we have 5 locations that are close to the same distance from our house. Uxbridge has become our go to. Why? The staff. From the big smiles when you're greeted at the door to the attentive service at your table, they have never disappointed. Nikki and Candace treat us like old friends and go the extra mile. Hearing Candace sing on your birthday is a rare treat, and I don't think Nikki ever has a bad day.The Jambalaya Fettuccine has become a favourite dish with either the Cactus Cut Potatoes or Bandera Bread to start. I especially like the Shrimp Thai Bites or spice it up with the Jalapeno Popper Dip. ALWAYS add cheese to your garlic bread!! Want thin crust for your pizza? No problem. All this will keep me coming back!!
