Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada (Hamilton/Halton Chapter)

I have an older brother who has MS who's confined to a chair after losing a leg in 2018. His scooter broke down December 2019 so now he has to rely on his electric wheel chair to get around on but isn't sure how long that'll last. My brother was contacted by someone from the MS Society about getting him a new medical scooter but hasn't heard from them since. My brother has been waiting 2 years now and still nothing. If it was their family member who needed a new medical scooter I'm sure they would have a new one the same day or 2-3 days later.
