I changed my review because of the apartment being polluted. They really need to get a handle on tenants who smoke and don't keep a clean home.

I wanted to visit the apartment and I came at that time to see the apartment and the manager called me and said I sold the apartment dont come here and she was so rude.she could have tell me sooner.... so bad

This company is fraud, they will run your credit, tell you you are approved, have you pay the first month rent and then tell you two weeks later they rented your apt out to someone else.

Avoid like the plague. First building I moved into (96) was infested with cockroaches. Second building which I’m currently in (101) has a tennant who constantly smokes tabacco and is seeping through the walls into my apartment.Very unpleasant to live in especially if you’ve got sleep apnea or any kind of lung/blood/heart problems.Ive made numerous complaints and nothing ever gets done about the smoking.The manager is often rude and will not help you whatsoever.On top of that, BOTH times in which I moved in, I had to clean the mess from the previous tenants. (Walls were splashed with food, garbage left on the floor, fridge mood, hair all over bathrooms).Go somewhere else where the manager will hear your concerns and fix the problems.

I was living in building 105. The landlord did not really care about what was happening in the building.When I moved in, the apartment was a mess, the walls were so dirty and lots of holes. I asked landlord to fix it and she refused. Finally I had to paint all the apartment by myself.Then I started to see mouse! I asked landlord and she just said that put some trap. I got 3 of them in just one week but landlord even didn’t respond my emails and call.

There are better managed apartments in that part of town. Do your sanity and health a favour and look there.

-Very bad menagement, land lord is rude and unpolite to pepole, cockroaches everywhere, appartements are old and dirty, all the windows are broken ,cold on winter season ,hot and humide on summer time, bathroom is full of mold and kitchen is falling appart..., worst place i ever been!!!dont rent ....

Poor customer service and lack of respect towards customers. They made me lose valuable time, I called several times per days and every single time my calls were rejected.The one time the lady from the phone replies she does not acknowledges you, even though they were supposedly working to help you get an apartment. Don’t waste your time on this place, they don’t care about the customers’ needs. As you can read in other reviews the place is poorly maintained and they don’t care to treat you rightly, or even answer a phone call or an email, now I can’t imagine how they would treat you, if it was a real issue with your apt. Go find another place where they actually have good management, your time and money are valuable, don’t waste it here.

Honestly the rent is cheap which is nice. I was happy living there until there was (still is) a cockroach issue. After calling multiple times the issue still isn't fixed, even though the exterminators say my apartment is not the issue. I know more than one building has cockroaches. On top of that, every time I call I get contradicting information about what I should do and how I should prepare for the exterminators to visit. I was also told if I didn't do such things I would be charged for their visit. Yet again, when I called at another given time I was told I didn't have to do such things (the person denied giving me the initial preparation information). Also, 12 days after calling them about the cockroach issue (for the 4th time), they came into my apartment without my consent and without giving me a 24 hour notice. Looking forward to moving in July.

The manager is not friendly at all. I was scheduled for a visit this morning, but she never showed up and I waited 20 minutes past the original time. All this time, I was trying to call her with her office's phone number but it would always sent me to voicemail. I finally had to leave as I was getting late for work.I called her afterwards to schedule another visit and she was rude, did not apologize for missing our meeting, could not give me another appointment and even hung the phone when I was trying to get a phone number that she would actually answer this time.Do not even bother with this place. Go look elsewhere. The manager is not there for you, you can check the other reviews (cockroach problems with zero support from management). All they want is that sweet, sweet rent money.
