Once the contract is paid don’t expect them to answer the phone. After a snow storm they pass 1 time at 3am while the cars are certain to be in the driveway. Bad service

J'aurais mis 0 si c'était possible. Aucun service.. depuis 5 jours de pluie verglacante, neige et accumulation... toujours pas passer. IMPOSSIBLE à rejojndre. Si vous voulez un service minable, un horrible service à la clientèle et plein de neige dans votre driveway.. alors prenez les. Sinon, à ÉVITER à tous prix !!!!

This is my first winter with syljack and do yourselves a favor and AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. I wish I saw Google reviews before signing a contract with them .. My whole neighborhood is signed with another company which passes by at least TWICE a day!! Its so embarassing as I'm the only one with Syljack and THE ONLY ONE WITH SNOW IN MY DRIVEWAY .. THEY DIDNT EVEN PASS BY ONCE !! All I'm asking is for you guys to pass at least once but you can't even provide this service to me..Disappointed.. never again. I rather shovel at this point .. At least ill get the job done for free.

If I could give this company 0, I would. I wish I did my research and looked at the other reviews... I'm not surprised they average 1 star reviews with a ton of complaints, it's understandable and I regret using their services. DO NOT USE THEM. Invest 10$ more with another company and stay satisfied without any headaches this company will cause you. They damaged my driveway and refused to take responsibility. Their response was ok

Faites-vous une faveur. Évitez Syljack déneigement à tout prix si vous résidez à Saint-Lazare. Aucun respect de leur contrat, le déneigeur ne passe tout simplement pas alors que 40 cm+ de tomber (0 en 3 pour les tombées de neige cette année), et ce, malgré de nombreux rappels. Excessivement difficile de communiquer avec quelqu’un. Le système téléphonique automatique est essentiellement une façon de se débarrasser de vous.
