They have taken care of my family and I with great care and compassion in every aspect and I have referred many family members and friends to them as a result. Dr. Siva Chan and staff are amazing. I have been a patient of hers for 15+ years. She is very knowledgeable. She is also very kind - fitted my mom in for an emergency appointment in her packed schedule. Her staff is efficient too. I love the selection of frames at her optical - lots of styles and price point to choose from. I will continue to go to her office.

Dr. Siva Chan has been our optometrist for 10 years.  My husband and I are seniors, and we see Dr. Chan yearly for full eye checkup.  The care we received from Dr. Chan and her staff is excellent!  Dr. Chan was very thorough in examining our eyes using different techniques/machines.  She also spent time to explain to us what she found in the eye exam, and to discuss with us how we could improve/preserve our vision by controlling our blood pressure & diabetes and by other means .  We never felt rushed during our visit at all!  We felt we were valued and respected!  Dr. Chan really cares about her patients, and we felt her passion every time we visited her!  Her staff is also very professional and nice, and very helpful in appointment booking and eye testing.  Overall, Dr. Siva Chan and her team are truly amazing!  We feel so lucky to have Dr. Chan as our optometrist!
