I feel they are not honest , they did oil change and quoted me high amount for windshield nozzles and I refused the quote and then I realized myself later that windshield nozzles were just disconnected from the pipe. They could just checked that.

The most horrible service I have ever experienced. The Ram I brought in was actually purchased from them.It took them 3 weeks, to change parts that were not even related to the issue . They simply cant pick up a phone when I try and call them. They never updated me on the vehicle diagnostic. I had to drive in and find out what was going on. 3 weeks later with no progress. I get a $1200 bill. As a result of no diagnostic and a vehicle still not fully functional, I had to tow the truck to another Dodge dealership. take it as you will, but they're really unorganized!

April and her team were excellent. Was in a bind trying to get service and an oil change last minute at other Dodge service centres and they were extremely accommodating. Very much appreciate the kindness and effort they put forward. Will be back for future service needs!

Went in cylinder 6, so left side of engine under warranty. No other problems with vehicle. Got journey back muffler not even attached. Had to pay out of own pocket, for something they did. I would not recommend going to this dodge dealership, in Woodstock, Ontario.
