Had my very first reformer class with Susan today! She was amazing, made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommend Grounded Pilates + Lifestyle. Studio is also very clean with great design.

This is an absolutely stunning studio right in the heart of beautiful Village Square in Burlington. This is my “happy place” for sure and the workouts are killer - full mind and body! Amazing Instructors and top-of-the-line equipment make it THE BEST! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice and challenging focussed workout in a clean and safe environment.

The Pilates reformer class I did was incredible. The studio itself looks like it could be straight out of a magazine, the decor and equipment are beautiful and top notch.But most importantly, It was such a relaxing and attentive atmosphere to exercise in.As my first ever Pilates class, let alone reformer class, I was a bit nervous about how it would go but the instructor made the experience seem so natural. With just two of us in the class, the instructor was able to give me feedback as needed to make sure I was getting the most out of the movements, with lots of modifications to make the exercises more or less challenging based on your abilities too.I would absolutely recommend this studio and their highly knowledgeable and friendly staff to anyone looking for a welcoming environment and a sneaky workout tailored to your needs!

My very first Pilates reformer class was the best workout I've ever had! The studio is beautiful with a soft spa-like vibe. The owner is a wonderful instructor, knowledgeable, kind and engaging. I feel very motivated after my first class and cannot wait to go back.
