The owner is quick only to collect money at the beginning of the season but shies away from fulfilling his contractual obligations. After the last major snow storm, even after 48 hours passed, he was nowhere to be seen. He finally came by the end of the 3rd day when neighbors like myself who had a misfortune to sign a contract with him removed most of the snow by themselves... Following that, there were episodes of 5 to 10cm of snow in which cases he never shows up at all, presumably because in his calculations it's less than 2. Forget reaching him on the phone or via text

Extremely unreliable, they will not own up to their mistakes and even became mad when it was brought up
