Tried getting my wife's vehicle repaired, have all my wife's documents aside from her driver's license. Mark won't release a rental car because she isn't present. Wants proof she's my wife? Meanwhile I'm driving her car with all her documents.

got a 4 day rental from this location it was aMazda Cx3 used it for 2 days, 3rd day i opened the cover of sunroof and found these BOOGERS stuck all over it. all the dots in the glass is not dirt thats what i thought, they are BOOGERS and PET HAIR all over the car , had rented from enterprise in the past never had any complaints or problems but this is really sad.PLEASE CLEAN YOUR CARS BEFORE RENTING IT OUT ""

Adam and Sean made the pickup/dropoff process super easy and provided great client services; the car itself was well cleaned and maintenanced with alcohol wipes provided given covid. Well done guys!

Terrible experience at every step. wrong vehicle. no one there at drop off. got charged extra days after and had to call multiple times for a refund.

Went to pick up a rental and there was nobody at the office. Ended up waiting outside the office for half an hour for someone to show up.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I was instructed by ICBC that Enterprise will provide a rental and they don’t have ‘any’ vehicles available. I asked a few times for an expected time frame and just got told - we advise you when a car is available. It’s 3 days later - I went to National and immediately got a car, still haven’t heard anything from enterprise- why are they assigned if they don’t have vehicles available ?

Tried to get through phone to rent a car. No one answers the phone and after going through all the hoops, it prompts me to leave a message and before I can, it hangs up on me. Tried several times. Guess I'll call the competition.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Got emails and text messages from Enterprise saying everything was fine with my reservation. Walked 45 mins to location to get the car. Nobody was at the desk so I waited a while, then got a phone call from a very apologetic guy saying he didn't have a car for me. Had to walk back home and rented a car from another company. Not impressed.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Awful experience with renting a vehicle here. Nobody was there when the vehicle was dropped off, and when called, they said everything would be fine leaving it there. Later, they charged me FOUR extra days. I've been fighting to get my money back for almost a month now. I've been told multiple times that a manager will reach out to me but nobody ever does. Don't use them!!!
