BEWARE DOG OWNERS!!!Toxic substance consumed by small dog, died here on May 29th 2023.I come here regularly with my GSD and have never seen anything posted. Please be cautious!I would have given 5 stars, if it wasn't unsafe for my dog and I to enjoy anymore.

Gorgeous park with lovely trails around the pond, plenty of spots to sit with picnic tables and breaks in the undergrowth on the shoreline for great views and clear shots for photography. Plenty of birds to see year round.

Great playground structures and swings for the kids. The horticulture gardens just behind the library has so much colour with plants and flowers I've never seen. If you want to go for a nice walk you can stroll around the large pond area which may be about 2 kilometers around. There is a baseball diamond also. A little bit of everything.

Depends on when you go. depends on the people. I go fairly early in the day and later at night to go fishing and spend time kayaking around. Water is really shallow. but left side of the island can get to about 14 feet. You can see the bottom for most of it. Nice perch and bass. Even caught some crappie, and some carp if you can catch them. Very close to home. There are some brown trout in the water and the creek early in the year.

Nice little quiet park- not busy. People fishing, walking , using the picnic shelters, good ball diamond. Water is not swimming quality and a bit goose heavy at times :)
