Beira helped me with my lower back issues from a car accident. Her technique was the only thing that helped get my muscles back to normal! I'm so grateful I found her! Highly recommend her to anyone. I also love that she lets you relax during your massage appointment, it's very peaceful and quiet.

I have been going to Beira for the last few months and she has done wonders for injuries that have bothered me for years. Her expertise in myofascial release makes her truly stand out and I cannot recommend her enough. After trying dozens of different RMTs, I can definitely say that she is the most effective one I've been to. She is also super kind and down to earth!

Beira does myofascial release techniques and it’s the most satisfying and effective massage I’ve had! She demonstrates a lot of knowledge on muscles and injuries and knows exactly the areas to treat to make you feel top notch. She is very accommodating to your schedule and I love that you don’t have to book weeks in advance to get an appointment. I can’t say enough good things about Beira and the relief she has provided me.

Beira is incredible at what she does!! As someone who has constant shoulder/neck tension I found her technique gave me longer lasting relief than traditional massage. If you're someone who would like more of a firm pressure/technique for your body she is your gal! She is so knowledgeable and truly wants people's bodies to be well. I am so glad I started going to her and highly recommend her! She can also do massage through pregnancy.
