Montreal Sacred Heart Hospital Emergency Room

Very quick, I had severe gallbladder pain. They did their best to make sure I was comfortable because pain was really bad.they sent me home to test and sleep returned following morning to redo the tests. Was in and out 2 hours. Need surgery, not fun. But they were professional, even amist all the others. It was really busy, and they were all hoping around and checking to make sure we were good. Great experience bad result for me. But I am more confident now going into surgery there.

The health & being healthy is really important. There is a saying it says: health is wealth" indeed it is true.Healthiness is a valuable gift from Allah. I hope everyone stay safe & sound. Also

Had a kiss since years in the back of my neck. so small I never took the time to see a doctor. In the time of a night it became so huge, ill skip the detail. Went there at 10 at 1 I was out and the half avocado size kiss removed. Been treated by two wonderful doctor. No one there, the professionnal was talking about the covid-19 obviously aware that it is a conspiracy. It make me give them a extra star meaning a perfect score.. They will never wanna pass a fake thing to a patient and that is really people doing a vocation and not a work. Ill never forget them.

If I could give less than 1 star I would . I went to this hospital today and they called my number and checked my blood pressure and temperature, after that I was told to sit and wait and my name would be called. 3 hours pass by and they finally called me (I don’t speak French) they called my name and said everything else in French so I went to the desk to ask where should I go and the lady came back to the computer, saw me there waiting, sat down and gave me a side eye , then said something in French. I said “I don’t speak French” and she said “I don’t speak English” and continue to do whatever she was doing on the computer when she clearly spoke English the first time I went up to the desk to ask a question . I ended up walking out and I’ll never go back to that hospital again.. I RATHER DIE

My friend was there to do a breathe test, he had to do Covid test 2 days before and then 2 days later he went for the breathe test. He lives in Cote-Des-Neighs area. He is a heart patient as well. He does not understand French, yet none of the nurses said a word in English, even once he called to get the direction, they did not help! I hope they will change their attitude and be little kind towards patients who don’t speak in French.

I came to Sacré-Coeur ER several times for a serious condition and being sick for months. After 20-25 wait they dismiss me without finding anything saying take a Tylenol" or "it's a panic attack" or "it's anxiety" or "go see your family doctor" which i don't have"

If you are looking to die of boredom this is the place. I'm giving a bad review before even getting to see a doctor for my grandmother. I could check in and going home and be back the next morning and still on the waiting list. No ETA which I could probably guess I ever go to this poor emergency center. If you value your time and life. For the love of god, go to a clinic or even to a private one if you could afford it.

Came in emergency with asthmatic allergies at 2.15 a.m. only 8 people ahead of me in queue, been sat here for more than 2 hours and only moved up to number 6. Mind you, this is the Emergency wing, with literally only 1 person at the triage, and maybe one or two rooms out of more than a dozen active.Shameful way to treat a person who is already having difficulty breathing, to be sat for hours in Emergency.Even more shameful to see many in wheelchairs nodding off in uncomfortable positions with nobody to assist or alleviate their plight.Not even a single page for next patient in more than an hour and I can see no movement to any rooms after the last patients left.I'd get faster treatment if I drove to Ontario and back.Update: after arguing with the unhelpful receptionist, being referred back to an equally unhelpful and overbearing triage tech who boasted about having people waiting for 9 hours in the ER, I just walked out. 2 doctors, no emergency for the time I was there and they weren't bothered about seeing people in the ER. No wonder people don't like living in QC, their health system is a shambles!

Plz dont come at this hospital very bad service even they dont treat emergency patients all they want is just money .

More than 8 hours waiting to be treated in the ER and I go home without having been treated. the only thing they did was COVID theaters and questions about COVID, when my symptoms were not even close to COVID ... I wish I could give 0 stars
