My sister recommended Kanda Diamonds to me after receiving a gorgeous engagement ring from them. In fact she accompanied my fiancé and I on our visit and we had the pleasure of meeting with Sunny. He really put in the effort to get us exactly what we wanted and made me a stunning customized ring. Sunny also kept in touch with us throughout the process to ensure the ring was exactly what we wanted and it was priced perfectly.Kanda diamonds was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable; I could not have asked for a better shopping experience :) !

The owner was not really nice. He don’t know how to talk with the new customer. Instead of giving the proper details of there product or showing them he was in hurry and wasn’t responding on time. He seems rude and unprofessional. Don’t know how to respect the customer. And the owner wasn’t even wearing the mask. I visited there for first time and my experience was terrible. I would never recommend anyone to visit over there.

The owner was so rude with the new people.. very expensive jeweler.. out side they selling around 85 to 90 $ per gram. But he is selling 96 to 100 $ per gram.. no receipt or nothing.. If We changed our mind what ever we bout within one week we coudnt exchange the item . He sold 96$ per gram but within 5 days the same product he asking me 60 $ per gram. What a poor man.. He think he is smart others are stupid. I NEVER GO AGAIN.. CHEATED PEOPLE.

Uncle doesn’t know how to deal with customers.I was looking for bracelets he just showed me one then avoided without any reason.I already mentioned him to show me another one but he didn’t have any interest.Then we left without buying anything.

No details about the ornament their weight, making charge, gram rate nothing just give the bill with the amount we paid no clear understanding about the product . The bill doesn't include anything. They don't show the weight to the customer. They just say it.

Recently bought a necklace and an anklet for $1600. The owner knocked off $100 for us! The necklace is very simple but beautiful, as it glistens with every movement. The anklet is nothing like I've seen before. So intricate. It sparkles even when not in light. Just unfortunate that there was only one, not two. I'm still very happy with my purchase and will definitely be back for more! Thank you
