Located next by Hiway 17 combine with a convenience store and automotive services like oil changes. The garage close on Sunday. Their sales associates are curteous polite and helpful. Extremely convenient since they open 24/7 though I feel the pain of the late night workers.If require use of wash room need to get key from cashier I guess for control & security reasons just remember to return it before driving off.

Good location, stopped for a washroom break. Got a coffee, had a cig. Then back on the road to the ferry. Then back to Alberta. We had a wonderful vacation in beautiful BC. Looking forward to going back soon.

The heavy set redhead who also works on West saanich has become extremely rude as of late. She used to be nice but something has changed and she has been rude to me on several occasions. She never uses their coin phrase my pleasure anymore either. Today her body language, facial expressions and tone of voice towards a lady simply looking for the bathroom key was so awful I had to speak up. This was this morning at 9:00 am. The older lady not the younger one. She has made it so petro canada has forever lost my business (I was a regular customer) as I don't want to see her face ever again! Absolutely vile and disgusting behavior. She should NOT be in customer service. She literally bit the ladies head off today for nothing and it was painful to watch! Bye bye Petro Can!

Staff is always friendly and there is a good selection of goodies in the store. I drive between Victoria and Sidney a few days a week so I find the location very convenient. I believe they've even recently installed new pumps (not they they even needed them!)

You drive in from the highway, and if there's a pump available, you put some gasoline into your car. Then you leave. It's an incredible experience.

The older dude with the stash should not be working where retail customers are involved. The last four or so visits there, either door is locked, he's counting something and makes you wait, says he's he needs to figure something out and makes you wait, looking at cell phone and needs to be snapped out of it. After 4 trips back and forth from pump to garage telling him its not pumping he finally got it going. I will not go there if he is on shift.

This gas station is very handy when travelling to Victoria . It. it is right on the highway route .There is a stop light at the intersection so easy to get back onto highway.

Pumps always out of service! I’ve been here three times now on my way from work and their pumps are not working. No advertisement on the sign indicating this. Extremely rude old man working.

The Petrocanada gas stations give a great services with price and they sale fast food sodas and some candy's, chips,lottery, and have washroom.

I've never had a horrible experience at a gas station until now. 2 weeks ago, I went to use a gift card at the till, and there was a balance on it. The staff member was unable to figure how to use it. Fair enough, I used my credit card. He then proceeded to process regular gas when I wanted premium. I went out to the bay to fill up, and it said I was unable to select premium. At this point, I was frusterated. I then ran inside told them to cancel it, and I will just use my credit card at the bay. After sitting there for 30 minutes running back and forth, these old geezers were unable to figure out how to operate the computer and cancel the order. I left. I just came back to the gas station today to use my gift card. They scanned it, and told me I had zero funds on it. When I was certain I had funds on it before this instance 2 weeks ago. I then talked to the old guy telling him I was here 2 weeks ago and outlined the whole scenario. As expected with age, this guy didn't remember a thing. I scanned it again, still $0 when there should have been $100 on it. The 2 employees then continued to talk to me condesendingly and did not attempt to look at the transaction history. This is twice in a row where I had a horrible experience at this gas station. Do not go here. I will never be going back. They need to hire staff that are able to operate a computer. And staff that put their customers first.
