My front door lock was getting a bit rough, key was difficult to turn and handle was a bit loose. Had the door about 17 years and WD40 wasn't doing the trick anymore.Gave Alan a call and he came around the same afternoon. He took the lock to bits and confirmed the gearbox needed replaced. He also replaced the euro cylinder and put on a couple of new brush chrome handles all for a reasonable price.Alan is obviously very experienced and knowledgeable, gave some good advice and recommendations, without being the slightest bit pushy.Door lock and handles are now perfect and I would certainly use him again.PS He also does replacement car keys as well !
