It's taken over 20 years to find a good RMT that is able to heal my pain. I have mild scoliosis, arthritis in my lower back and a recent rotator cuff injury.The massage therapist at Opulence is a miracle worker! I feel like a new woman and she has been able to relieve so much tension and pain from my body. I can't even describe how amazing I feel. She is so talented and I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Zhimeng Li :) You are the best! I feel like a new person. No more pain!

went in for a wax appointment. Have been to a few places REGULARLY over last 7 years, was looking for a place closer to home to work with my schedule. I am very aware of the service I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED.Re-used the same wax stick each time they dipped into the wax pot, very unsanitary!Did not perform the service I booked for, staff was not qualified to perform waxing service. Did not pull wax strips off properly, caused so many ingrown hairs.Attempted to charge me an additional $20 for the service, claiming they glanced at the price list and saw the incorrect price.I will NEVER go back.

Used a Groupon here for my first microderm abbraision service. I absolutely loved the service and my skin felt amazing afterwards.

I've been trying to find a more Chinese style massage and I found it here. Rona is the RMT and she will make you cry...in a good way. It's not for the faint of heart as she's resetting the muscles so it HURTS. But afterwards you feel great. She's got some knowledge of reflexology/osteopathy so if you have a pain in one part she knows where the source is and fixes it from there.Downside is that she's slightly more expensive but totally worth it.

Came here for a 1 hour microdermabrasion facial and left with my skin feeling amazing. The aesthetician took her time and did a wonderful job. Was it the most fancy spa? No. But for the price, it’s definitely worth it and I will go back for sure. Happy to have a place like this in Stouffville.

I had bought a Groupon deal from Opulence spa and wanted to re-confirm the services they were about to offer for that particular deal. Not only was the person on the phone impatient in order clarify what was on the deal, but was down right rude in the way she communicated by cutting me off not willing to listen to what I had to ask or say!A Spa experience" really begins from the time a client picks up the phone to call you in order to make an appointment. So

I have been going weekly for 2 years now. It is a much needed and enjoyed muscle tune up. I recommend anyone with sore muscles to give Opulence Spa a try.Always, the relax my muscles need.

Great local place. Neck and shoulders always feel amazing after a visit.
